History & Experience
2010 – 2011
Early Establishment
Our hookah charcoal production factory was established in 2010 and is located in Guangzhou. At first, we were a small workshop relying mainly on traditional handmade hookah carbon, with the goal of providing high quality sustainably burning hookah charcoal products.
2012 – 2013
First equipment upgrade
As market demand grew, we decided to introduce our first set of automated production equipment. The introduction of this equipment allowed us to increase production efficiency while maintaining consistent product quality. This technological update laid the foundation for subsequent expansion.
2014
R&D of new formulations
We formed a professional R&D team and began researching new water-smoked charcoal formulations. After months of unremitting efforts, we successfully developed a more environmentally friendly and longer burning water-smoked charcoal formula, which greatly enhanced the market competitiveness of our products.
2015
Expansion of production line
After several years of development, our production has reached a certain scale. In order to meet the growing market demand, we carried out a large-scale production line expansion in 2015, which significantly increased our production capacity.
2016
Introduction of environmental protection equipment
In response to the country’s environmental protection policy, we invested in the introduction of advanced environmental protection equipment to optimize the production process and significantly reduce the emissions of waste gas and waste water.
2017
International market development
We started to operate our own international market, participated in several international exhibitions in the Middle East, and successfully established cooperative relationships with several overseas distributors, and our products are exported to the Middle East, Europe and other regions.
2018
Technology Upgrade and Automation
In order to further improve production efficiency and product quality, we conducted a comprehensive technology upgrade and introduced more intelligent production equipment, including fully automated pressing machines and drying equipment.
2019 – 2020
Obtaining ISO certification
With the continuous expansion of the enterprise, we passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification in 2019. This certification not only improves enterprise management, but also increases trust in our products in the international market.
2021 – 2023
Developing new product lines
